Probably your LG has a builtin stream system. If it is a never model it can have an android TV already. Then you won't need any external device. But if you don't have I can suggest chromecast google TV. It is working with apple and android products without issue. If younplanntomuse it only with apple products then gomfor an apple tv
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As much as I rep the google line of products, if your primary source of casting is iPad, I think it best to get an apple receiver as well. Will it work, yes because I cast my wife's iphone to the tv, but all my android products seem to cast faster.

However, If you have an Android device, you can mirror your phone screen to the Chromecast to watch content from the Spectrum TV app. Screen mirroring is currently not supported on iOS devices.
