“Can I pull a video up on my PC and cast it to my TV ? Does the basic Chromecast with Google TV have a connection for the PC and the TV or is it done by WIFI ? My TV does not have browser capability but does have USB and HDMI available connections.”

• Hello Coco The chromecast device needs wifi to receive a cast from any device. You plug the chromecast into an hdmi port on your TV. You can cast YouTube videos or if you use Google Chrome browser on a pc you can cast your whole desktop to the TV. I have done all of these with the one I own. Hope this helps.
