• Yes. I have been able to speediest 900/940 on my connection with this device attached.

• I'm not sure how it worked but I was impressed that I didn't notice it effecting any website load times, video conferencing, voice calling, or anything. Everything seemed just as fast as without the home plus. When things were blocked it took a few seconds for the block page to load. Things that are not blocked load like normal.
