• A:Answer No. The RAM is soldered to the board and is not removable or upgradable. The SSD can be removed and upgraded up to 8tb.

Q: QuestionCan it run most programs like a laptop/PC can or is it limited to specific ones. This also applies to games, can it run anything or is it limited to specific ones/types?

• A:Answer It's running Windows so their apps should run. For games, performance will vary. Having said that, one should not reasonably expect an AIO chip to perform as well as a dedicated GPU for video editing.

Q: QuestionCan the internal storage be upgraded? If so what type type is used (i.e 2230 or 2280)

• A:Answer NVME 2230 is supported and can be upgraded up to an 8tb drive rather easily. The back plate is removable by just taking out screws. The SSD is easily accessible in the center of the device, between the two cooling fans.
