• Well first the ring did not last long and came away from the case! If you have better luck with it when you fold the phone it charges easily that way. Ring does not get in the way.

• Close the phone and make sure its camera side up. Works fine for me.

• Just slip your cord in the opening at the bottom of case.

• It doesn't cover the charging port so you can charge your phone like normal.
