Thank you for your inquiry! This CLX SET configuration is more than capable of 4K gaming. As to the FPS, this system should push high frame rates with current games, but as with any configuration, the actual FPS will depend on many factors - the specific game, the quality of the internet connection if an online game, various graphic and audio settings, installed mods and/or texture pack, how many other programs (and types of programs) that are running as well as the game, etc. That being said, this is a powerhouse of a gaming system, designed to deliver high-end performance when playing today's games, and is G-SYNC ready.

Unfortunately the cards are not water cooled just the CPU is, for the price you pay for this rig the cards should of been water cooled.
