You'd have to get creative to mount a non NVMe SSD, and really creative to mount a standard HDD... I wouldn't really recommend either of those unless you know what you are doing.

Person 1 might get a ZOTAC 3060ti with 3 HDMI and 1 DP
Person 2 might get a different brand 3060ti that has 1 HDMI and 1 DP.
Either way, they do have 2 ports, but not always 2 HDMI
