PoundCake, Thank you for asking! If Ship to Store is not an option provided during checkout, Best Buy is not offering it at that time. However, even if shipped to your home, it would still travel using the same shipping carrier, so the trip and stresses encountered we essentially be the same. Also, we use very robust custom packaging for our systems, helping to ensure that the vast majority arrive undamaged. That said, should a system be damaged during transit, we are happy to assist with that situation as well. Thank you!
