This system, as with any of our current offerings here at Best Buy that have liquid cooling, is using a closed loop system. As such, there is no need to add fluid, flush the system, etc.

A:AnswerYes it comes with Keyboard and mouse, does not have disk drive but it can be customized above what comes with it. 2080 ti is top of the line if you can stick with it.
