How many hdmi outputs does this pc have? null

It depends on the specific 4090 video card they install. It could be 1 HDMI and 3 Displayport or 2 HDMI and 3 Displayport.

I had a PNY XlR8 and has (1) hdmi 2.1 and (3) DisplayPort 1.4a

One, on the RTX 4090 only. There are also 3 DisplayPort outputs, also on the RTX 4090. The CPU is an i9 13900KF which lacks any video output. If more HDMI connections are desired, there are DisplayPort to HDMI adapters, which can raise the total number of HDMI connections to 4.
