JuJu, Thank you for your inquiries! Yes, you can run dual monitors with this system. It is an excellent system for gaming, and will run most at high / maximum settings. As to what those maximum settings are, that will of course vary by game With regards to streaming, the system is certainly capable of it, but there are a variety of factors that need to be considered, when streaming.
