“My phone says out of range and no power at the cs then I disconnect the power from the main counsel and the extension deskset and it works again but it is happening more and more does this mean my main counsel is going bad?”

Hi - We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with the VTech CM18245. Make sure that the deskset is within base range and away from electronic devices that can cause interference.
