“I have both CM18445 &CM18245. I have CM18445 Auto Attendant set up to press 1# to reach the CM18245. I've recorded announcement to leave a message when no one is available to pick up on CM18425, but it will only go to the default CM18245 system greeting.”

• Dear Duke, this system lets you to choose between your own recorded announcement or default announcement. If you prefers using your own announcement, you must select "User anncment" under ANS SYS when setting up.
