You should, I used this at six flags, and it worked pretty well. You might have to change channels because you may get interrupted by their signals.

Don't see why they shouldn't other than being deep inside the ship where all the structure might limit it.

Probably not. Once you're in the middle of the ocean there are no Towers to bounce signals off of.
