How do you get the belt clip off to change batteries null

i was just stuck on this too! Looking at the top of the belt clip, there is a center piece. That is what is keeping it in place. Use your finger nail to grab the center piece and pull away from the walkie talkie. This releases the clip and it slides off.

It slides up. Just slide it back down once batteries are in.
