• I run on a 1500 RAM and works pretty well, more clearance. Just mount as level as possible and as high as possible with nothing in front of it blocking it.

• It is a so so product. Didn't pickup state patrol until I was just about too close for comfort. Think i will return and get the better, Escort X80. Good Luck.

• I love this radar detector and I just put it on the dash on a non-slip pad. I am a courier and this detector has already saved me multiple times! Very few false alarms, attractive, excellent value and performs as well as much more expensive brands!
