Is the Cobra SC400D wireless? null

Thank you for your question. The SC 400D is not wireless. It must be powered up by using the supplied 12V Vehicle Power Adapter and plugging it into your vehicle’s cigarette lighter port, and the other end into the micro USB port. A hardwire kit is also available.
