No it does not but it does require a grounded 110 outlet and you will be quite happy with this purchase, have had mine since May and have never had to add more air, i love it and hate to have to deflate it when the weather turns cold. They don't recommend leaving it set up outdoors once it gets down to 40 degrees due to the plastic getting brittle. Will have to fold it up and put it away until Spring.
