• The cable is long enough to use it left handed. I just route the cable behind the Switch to keep it out of the way.

• I don’t see left handlers having issues. You just can’t rest palm on screen while drawing.

• I am left handed and don’t really have trouble using it. The only issue I’ve found is that the cord tends to get in the way of the screen… but I’ve figured out that it doesn’t even have to be plugged in to use!
