• A:Answer 17 inch wide seat not for a normal size adult in my mind. I can use but others not so much. Seems to be child size. The arms are close to hips

• A:Answer Yes. Each arm rest is held together to the seat with four bolts. The seat must be assembled. I am not sure how sturdy the seat will be without the arm rest though.

Q: QuestionDoes Out of Box mean fully assembled? If so, what is the width? I have to get it through a 23” hallway. If it’s assembled, can I remove the arms and easily reattach without harming it?

• A:Answer It does not come assembled, you’ll have to assemble it. But yes the arms are easily removable if you ever need to get them off. Beware the back of the chair only comes up to around your shoulder area so no headrest.

Q: QuestionWhat are center to center hole dimensions of the base? I have a similar chair that the base is bad and would like to replace. It’s 5 3/4 rear bolt to bolt, 5 5/8 front bolt to bolt and 10 in rear bolt to front bolts. Thanks.

• A:Answer The chair does require assembly. The back support, arm rests, and seat of the chair come in 4 to 5 pieces that need to be screwed together using an Allen key. The base support and wheels are just fitted together. I thought assembly was simple.
