As clearly stated at the time of purchase, this is a download only purchase. You're required to use an Origin account to download and install. If you've purchased it but are confused why it's not available to pick up at the store like the other commenter, you just have to check your email to see the redemption code, go to the Origin site, signup/login, download, install, and play.

Lol, I dont know? I never received it, I tried to get help at the store, and they said they couldn't help I Because I order it online. Don't order digital online, I was scammed! Everything else at bestbuy is awesome, Just don't mess with digital copies.
