I would think so. I had one installed on my 2016 F-150 and my factory remote still works like it did before.

They may be able to program your OEM remote to work seamlessly with the Remote Starter (you’d simply press your lock button 3 times to activate Remote Start feature). Otherwise, you’d be provided an additional remote specifically for the Remote Start
