I believe the $250 included installation. I got an extra remote set and they did say if we had any issues to come back and they would cover it or it would be included in the installation cost.

What I did was purchase the Geek Squad on a yearly basis plan because they are so SMART AND CAN DO ANYTHING ESPECIALLY MY INSTALLER JEREMY T. With this plan if anything goes wrong well you can take your car back and they will fix it and all work that they do has a warranty. And if you buy all parts from Best Buy you are only paying for the parts because installation is free. But I am pretty sure that if you don’t purchase the Geek Squad on a yearly basis like I did, that that $250.00 would include parts and installation. But i am not the professionals .. I would just suggest going and speaking directly to them.. THEY ARE AWESOME.. and can tell you everything you need to know. BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! Gots to believe me...and I am a female.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got the 2nd gen, $500+ includes installation and after a year, it won’t start anymore. Am scheduled for repair in a few days, meaning, additional expense since warranty is only good for a year!
