Hi Barbara I’m responding to your comment, my wiring harness was free ( actually a penny ) if I remember right. It was ordered before my appointment and when it came in I was taken care of promptly. I guess maybe wherever you live the Best Buy there isn’t providing good customer service. I live in Bloomington IL and these guys ( Geek Squad ) are all about customer service. Had a Bluetooth stereo put in years ago there also and same great prompt service. SHOUT OUT TO THE BLOOMINGTON SQUAD hahahahaha you guys RaWK.
