• Subscription is not required to simply use the included remotes for lock/unlock and remote start features. But a subscription plan is needed to utilize the LTE module through the DroneMobile app.

• You can use the included remotes that come with the kit without a subscription plan. The subscriptions are only for using the DroneMobile application, since that uses cellular data instead of RF.

• you dont have to, you can use your remote like any other security/remote start system. the app/subscription is convenient for sending commands when out of that 3000 foot range with the remote. not to mention all the other features like live tracking and vehicle analytics like temperature,trips, miles until service etc..
