• A:Answer Yes you do . This control come only with the extra range antena and it may be compatible with most compustars remote starter . I go it all ready installed on bestbuy and they did a really good job.. Im very happy with it . My toyota tacoma with push start works perfect with this system.

• A:Answer Ye,s however, if you want your headlights to turn on after you engage remote start you will need to have a relay for the light installed. Best Buy does not offer the relays, but Compustar does produce one. Call Computstar tech line first. I absolutely love the features on my Compustar Alarm/Remote start, but found the Best Buy has only been selling them for about a year and their techs do not have in depth product knowledge.
