“I bought this from Best Buy and had it installed by the Geek Squad. It works great for starting but it will not turn on the heater or ac. Was told to leave the heater or ac on when turning off the truck. Is this true?”

It actually comes with a little troll that hides in your glove compartment. In the summer he turns the A/C on and in the winter he turns the heater on. WARNING - dont forget to feed him or he might not do his job. Just sayin...
