“Do you have to carry this fob and your original key fob? If you can carry just this one, do you have to use the fob to unlock your doors? Currently I just leave the current fob in my purse and touch the button on the door to unlock.”

I keep one compustar fob in house and one at work. Carry original ( nissan fob ) in pocket which also allows me to start vehicle from albeit much shorter distances. I just carry nissan fob and use as I always have. to open doors or proximity using button ON the doors, and of course to start vehicle, if you haven't done so already
