If you have a tech support you can do a remote (via the internet) for a diagnostic and repair and it will clean your computer up. You probably have malware/adware that is slowing you down. If you don't have the plan you can sign up for the monthly for 99.99 and cancel within the first month (every month after is 9.99). The plan is awesome it covers 3 devices and comes an anti-virus also good for 3 computers. The individual plan for a single service of a diagnostic and repair is 229.99 (the plan covers this).
