Q: QuestionAny idea why it won't turn on after installing the battery correctly and turning the bottom in the correct direction? This is the 2nd one I've bought and both won't work. I don't get it!

• A:Answer Yea put a piece of aluminum foil so the circuit completes. I put a doubled over piece of foil in the bottom under where the battery sits and it works perfectly now.

Q: Questiontry to replace battery...there is a spring which sets in the bottom of the trimmer and a piece of plastic...i cant seem to meld the bottom piece to mesh with the battery/upper piece...i think i need a visual....

• A:Answer Rotate on/off switch CCW from the off position and the bottom comes off to remove battery.

• A:Answer Seems to work well for me, may take a little longer since cutting head is small. Allows you to reach in your ear as well. Like the design, especially for the nose.
