Does the grip work for very thin hair? null

Yes. It's awesome. I have fine hair and it works good for me. I heat it up on high then I turn it down to medium to use it. It smooths your hair. Use a heat protective spray before you use it and that will protect your hair more. But I would highly recommend this brush it's nice.
