• It's aluminum, so I wouldn't suggest putting it in your microwave.

• This cup is stainless steel, so I would not recommend putting in the microwave and instead pouring your coffee in something else to warm.

• Not microwaveable. It's metal. Keep the lid closed and it really does stay hot for 7 to 9 hours.
