Can I buy an extra battery null

I purchased one from a third party seller since there is none for sale on Contixo's website. It hasn't arrived yet but I also tried to email Contixo to no avail. So no you can't buy one from their website and I haven't recieved an email back from Contixo when I reached out to try and purchase one.
