Some examples of defects include: - Battery no longer charging - Charging port no longer working - Tablet no longer turns on (battery issue) - Tablet is frozen or apps are crashing (after attempting factory restore) - Lines or bad colors on the LCD 'not' caused by screen cracks ***Our limited warranty does not cover any liquid damage.
