• Works great on i7-9700k. Can play at turbo boost for hours and stay under 70c cod mw4 Just assuming your talking about gaming since what else get a i7-9700k for

• Yes it will support socket 1151. May not be the best for such a powerful CPU though. But will work. See picture directly off box

• Yes it will fit an LGA 1151 socket. Case dimensions are also a factor the heat sink is 123.0 x 77.0 x 158.8 mm (4.8 x 3.0 x 6.3 inch) Make sure your case can accommodate the heat sink.
