• It works on EVERYTHING, even 1366 lol. Great cooler I have every kind of cooler and this fits right in on the top.

• yes it fits my 8350 just fine and cools it better than the stock cooler.

• Not sure what you mean by ‘will this work’ but according to the manufacturer’s website, it can be used with the AM3+ socket.
