“I have a Corsair 220T case, with a MSI MPG Z490 and a Intel Core i7-10700 would this Cooler be compatible and deliver, or Should I go with a Noctua from Amazon?”

This will work with your Z490 board with LGA1200 socket. I have exact same components in my rig.
