“The Specs on this case say that it is configured for a Mini-ITX motherboard But the Best Buy Web page title says "Mini ITX/Micro ATX/ATX" So which is it? The specs say it comes with a PWR supply and the web picture does not show one at all.”

This just means that all motherboard forms are compatible with this chassis. Mini-ITX/Micro-ATX/ATX motherboards can all fit within this case with no issues.
