- Answer I belive you need a lightning HDMI adaptor if you have an Iphone. I'd assume a different HDMI adaptor for any other phone.

- Answer Only in the dark from my experience. Any ambient light overpowers the low light output of the projector unfortunately.

QuestionCan anyone explain why the screen randomly blacks out. I use it with my firestick worked great for about 3 months and now the lights shut off anywhere from 5-15 min and stays off for anywhere from a few seconds to 5 min. Sound and videos continue to play

Questionwhy does the projector keep saying no signal!!!!??? we have read the instructions unplugged and replugged everything! this shouldn't be this hard!

- Answer Hi Janka, please make sure that your projector is on the correct input source. If your HDMI Cable is plugged in to HDMI 1 port on the projector, input source should also be set to HDMI 1. You can do this by pressing the source button on the projector's remote.
