• Hi Kristin, you may reset this CTB1016GTL by pressing and holding the reset button with a small object such as a paper clip. You may also do the Factory Restore. In the settings app, tap on System > Reset Options. Then select “Erase all data (Factory reset)” to restore factory settings. This will erase all data on the tablet. NOTE: Be sure to backup all contents on your device before performing a factory reset.
