Does the back of the chair recline or rock a little? null

HI Elaine, the chair has a tilt/rock function that can be engaged by pulling outwards on the handle that is just below the seat. You are able to adjust the tension on the tilt so that you will need to press firmer into the chair to make it tilt/rock. To stop the chair from tilting/rocking you would press the the handle inwards towards the center of the chair.
