• Yes, I added 2 more 120mm fans for a push/pull configuration (2 fans on top of the radiator, 2 fans on the bottom.

• Yes, it can actually support a 280mm radiator with 2x 140mm fans, just be sure to take into account ram stick clearance based on the heatsinks on your memory sticks.
