“Is it just the case with no fans included or would I have to buy extra fans? If there are already fans included do I have to install it? Also if there are fans already built into the case could I take them out and put different fans?”

The case comes with 2 Corsair hd 120 fans included. They are already mounted as well , one in the front and one in the back. If you want to you could take them out and swap them for different fans. I use them and bought more fans of the same kind due to the node that comes with the case that helps control the rgb aspect of the case and the fans.
