I haven't used the HP Edoras mobo before, but based on the dimensions of the board you should be fine. You will find that the 2080 is a bit longer so there will be a little less space between the end of the GPU and the radiator. The way you route your wires and liquid tubes will be very important. In regards to the PSU, it has it's own area of the case, so that is not even exposed once it's all said and done.
