I'm running an i7-9700 (Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO), geforce 1660 Super, 32GB DDR4, 1TB SSD, 4TB SATA HD, and 3 fans, so the 650 is more than up to the task. If I was running a more modern gpu, I might be a bit worried.
