No this will not even come close to a 3090.

Please try again later.Unfortunately no, the RTX3090 in some cases can consume up to 550 watts of power which puts you at and in some cases a bit over the output rating for the unit. Also, the PSU does not have enough VGA connectors to power the 3090 as it needs 3-8 pin VGA connectors.
