• It has a 8 pin cpu power cable, and then 2 GPU leads, each with 2 6+2 connectors.

• Yes, as it's modular there are enough PCIE connectors. Side note, cables labeled CPU go into the 8 pin slot on your board, and the ones labeled PCIE will go into your 1080TI.
