• I own a msi gtx 970 an yes this psu is plenty enough for it to work even at a high overclock

• It works with my 960, I don't see why it wouldn't work with a 970. Honestly depends on what else is in the case.

• It will work with any GPU like the 970 that require off-board/modular power. Required modular cables are included.

• It will depend on all of the other devices you have in the PC. If you have just a standard motherboard, CPU, hard drive, and optical, I think this PSU would work perfectly with a GTX 970. However, if you have 6 hard drives and every PCI and PCI-Express slot in use and at max performance, then I might try to get something with higher output.

• Yes, I just built a PC using the gtx 970 and cx750m. I don't know what other components are in your PC, so make sure that the 750 is enough to handle everything.

• All depends on what else you are running along with it. I am running an i7, hero vii mobo and 16 gig ram with a gtx 760.
