• Yes, they do contain pci-e cables and sata cables. Comes with everything you need.

• yes it comes with everything you need from the box very simple to install if I can do it anybody can install it lol but it works perfect and def recommend it.

• Hi,' Yes it has all the wires: (1) 24 Pin for TAX Motherboard (2) 3 wire set for PCI-E (3) 1 wire set for GPU (4) 2 wire sets for SATA (5) 1 wire set for old 4 Pin (12V & 5 V) format. Good luck.
