The majority of desktop computers accept a 3.5 inch HDD without any need to use an adapter. This adapter mimics the outline of a 3.5 inch drive while holding a 2.5 inch drive - so your goal of mounting a 3.5 inch drive doesn't need this adapter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. This is designed to hold up to two 2.5" drives. The enclosure itself is the same size and a 3.5" drive. You should be able to mount a 3.5" drive in the HP Pavilion Desktop (TP01-0014) without any additional hardware such as this enclosure. The HP Pavilion Desktop has room for two 3.5" drives inside it and also has mounting holes for a 2.5" drive in its internal drive cage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. This is designed specifically to install a 2.5" SSD in a slot designed for a 3.5" HDD. Your HP Desktop probably already has a 3.5" drive. That means you don't need any additional hardware to install a different 3.5" drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this is setup to use an 2.5 SSD into a 3.5 HHD slot
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. this is for 2.5 inch drives
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It even says it is for a 2.5 inch drive. It will fit in a 3.5 inch slot which is what the tray is needed for. If you have a 3.5 inch drive it should just go into a regular hard drive slot unless you need a caddy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Tracy, This is for mounting a 2.5" drive into a 3.5" HDD location, your case would already need to support a 3.5" HDD. You may need to contact HP for more information about your system. -Brian
